At VibeAli, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your order, we are here to help. This Refund and Return Policy outlines the procedures and conditions for returning products and receiving refunds.
1. Return and Exchange Eligibility
You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to return or exchange an item. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and unworn.
- The item must be returned with all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
- The item must be purchased directly from VibeAli through our website.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
- Gift Cards
- Customized or personalized products
- Sale items or final sale products (indicated on the product page)
If the item is marked as non-returnable, it will not be eligible for a refund or exchange under any circumstances.
3. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return or exchange, follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@vibeali.xyz with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.
- Return Authorization: After reviewing your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to send the product back.
- Ship the Item: Return the item to the address provided with your RAN. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
- Shipping costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect items).
- Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee may be applied for returns, unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt.
5. Exchanges

If the new product costs more than the returned item, you will need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we will refund the difference.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

9. International Returns
For international orders, the return process is similar. However, return shipping fees and customs duties are the responsibility of the customer. International returns may take longer to process.
